Enthusiasm: To me, success consists in receiving recognition and appreciation for the job I put my passion and energy into. I consider my job completed as soon as my presence is no longer required.

Humor: I appreciate the amusing aspects of life and I like to laugh. Humor is an excellent way of reaching out to people and organizations.

Personal dedication: From the introductory meeting up to the final meeting, I'm always there personally. I get directly to the point and I take care of the core issues. Comprehensive preparation is essential for my job. However, I rely on my intuition to adapt to any given situation.

Adequate silence: I contribute passionately and provide precise ideas whenever necessary. My inner clarity gives me the strength to achieve this. Whenever I have the feeling that an intervention on my part is not necessary, I'm happy to remain silent.

Butterflies in the stomach: Each and every client meeting is accompanied by a positive tension, which ensures that the required dedication and my entire focus are on the matter at hand.

Respect: I've repeatedly realized that people as well as organizations behave in a certain way for good reasons. I take each and every person seriously, whether I can relate to his or her motives on the spot or not.
