Change and reorganization processes are often the only recurring events within an organization. Changes are easier to endure when everybody involved feels that the organization's true identity will not be altered. Systemic consulting helps to set free the energy needed to implement changes.

The main goal of my workshops and training courses is to achieve a change in the participants' vocational role. In order to change one's behavior, one must change one's attitude first. All my coachings are structured in a way to make participants experience sustainable change.

My emphasis lies on the facilitation of conversations that would not be possible without my collaboration. Groups with a high potential for conflict need to be approached differently than conflict-avoiding groups. In either case, to-the-point questions, when asked at the right time, are essential tools for success.
